I was ...”extremely upset and from the minute I made the phone call for an emergency appointment, the Dentist made me feel at ease and told me how to take care of my tooth whilst waiting for the appointment. He was really kind, caring and understanding. He put my mind at rest and assured me he would do what he can to fix my tooth. Both the dentist and assistant spoke to me through everything that was going on and reassured me every step of the way during the treatment. After an hour, my tooth was fixed and it looked better than before; a professional job very well done. The attention to detail and customer care were outstanding and I want to say a big Thank you for all you have done. After a particularly traumatic dentist visit many years ago (not here), I developed a real mental block and stopped having dental treatments (yes, daft I know!). Last year I had a tooth come loose which was replaced by Dentistree - they were very understanding of my apprehensions and were brilliant in allaying any fears I had. I always see Dr Ruple. she is a fantastic dentist. I explained to her my fear of the dentist and she was so lovely. she explained everything she was doing and really took her time to make sure I was OK. when I first started seeing her I would be crying in the chair and gripping the chair because I was scared. but after a couple of times seeing Dr Ruple I can now sit in the chair and relax.”

I kept putting it off until a tooth started to hurt. I found this dentist after doing an online search which said they were good with nervous patients. There was a long initial wait once id plucked up the courage to get in touch until my first appointment with her, but it was worth it. My dentist instantly put me at ease & made my treatment options very clear. They also recommended I visit the Hygienist who is lovely & did a wonderful job of cleaning up my grubby teeth. Well worth paying the extra for. So glad to of found Dentistree & would highly recommend them if you are a nervous patient.”
